1. How does licensing work?
Relief Compass operates on a licensing model. Each organization purchases a base license, and additional users can be added at a per-user annual cost. Annual pricing varies by population size.
Example: If your city has a population of 100,000–500,000, the annual license fee is $12,500, and the per-user cost is $115.
2. What happens if we exceed our daily order limit?
If your organization exceeds its daily order quota, additional orders will be billed at $0.10 per order, invoiced monthly.

3. Are there discounts for multi-year contracts?
Yes! We offer multi-year discounts for organizations that commit to a 3-year contract, reducing the annual license fee.
4. Can we add or remove users after signing up?
Yes! Relief Compass offers flexible user management. You can add or remove users anytime and will be billed at a prorated rate for the remainder of the year.
Example: If you add 5 users’ mid-year, your organization would be pro-rated for the remainder of the year for the additional license cost.
5. Does Relief Compass integrate with other systems?
Yes, Relief Compass supports integrations with:
- GIS tools (e.g., ArcGIS)
- Emergency management systems (e.g., WebEOC from Juvare)

6. Is there a mobile version of Relief Compass?
Yes! Relief Compass includes a Web based app at no extra charge. It allows:

7. How does Relief Compass support multiple languages?
Our platform supports ten languages, making it accessible for diverse communities: Cantonese, Chinese (Traditional), English, French, Haitian Creole, Korean, Mandarin, Portuguese, Spanish, and Ukrainian. The Requestor module includes built-in language translation tools to assist non-English speakers.
8. How are payments structured?
Billing & Payment Details:
- Licensing fees are billed annually, payable within 30 days of invoice.
- Custom development & additional services are invoiced upon completion of milestones.
