We built this for the people who don't have time to figure out the tools.

The platform began the way most good tools do — out of frustration. Spreadsheets emailed at 2am. Phone trees that broke when the people on them needed to sleep. Vulnerable people waiting, while the operations behind the response wrestled with their own paperwork.

We thought there had to be a better way to do this. Not flashier. Just clearer. A single place where every responding agency could see the same truth at the same time.

Our mission is simple: getting resources to people faster. Every product decision, every line of code, every onboarding call has to answer to that.
